My husband and I feel like we struck the jackpot with Claudia, Sara and her team at Best Wedding Italy. We had a general idea of what we wanted our wedding to be – “dream wedding in Ischia, Italy in July”, but no idea what that really meant. But, Claudia did! 🙂 She and her team absolutely delivered in every single aspect. She secured for us the most coveted and hard to get location in Ischia (if not Italy) – Castello Aragonese- which is an ancient castle ruin on its own island in Ischia – which was really straight out of a magical fairytale. When it came to be our reality that we were going to be getting married IN A CASTLE IN ITALY, we were over the moon excited. Claudia was extremely responsive, helpful, and available even despite our 9-hour time difference (we are in San Francisco, California). She also made planning it all so much fun and completely stress-free. My husband and I never had a worry in the world thanks to Claudia’s impeccable organization. And she was full of ideas to personalize the wedding for us. One of my favorite things is Claudia had the fun idea to have the guests leave our wedding at the castle in little tuk tuks that took them through town to the dinner reception at a gorgeous hotel overlooking the castle we just got married at (the guests loved it!).

In addition to planning our entire wedding, reception and (super fun) welcome party, she booked for us the most amazing florist, mani/pedis, hair stylists and make-up artists that gave me trials before the wedding and came into our suite the day of the wedding, plus a string quartet, private boat transfers, put together custom welcome bags, and booked all the ferry travel organization for our family to/from Ischia. She also gave us so many great ideas for the rehearsal dinner. She was there in person at the rehearsal and all day/night of the wedding making sure everything went flawlessly. As the other reviewer mentioned, Claudia also was a huge help to many of our guests who needed some help & guidance in their travels before and after the wedding throughout Italy. She was really a dream. I must also mention how patient and understanding Claudia is, even with people like my husband and I who had so many questions and we changed our plan from an elopement at the first meetings to eventually it becoming a full blown wedding.

My partner and I got married in Italy on the Amalfi coast in June 2024 after 1.5 years of planning our dream wedding. From day 1 our engagement with Claudia and her team was very positive and professional, the communication was very timely and the suggestions were exactly in line with what we wanted . Claudia went above and beyond and travellers to meet us a couple of times for venue visits and menu tasting, and our relationship throughout the preparation was very cordial and pleasant. Best Wedding Italy exceed all of our expectations and we would gladly recommend then to anyone getting married abroad. They take time and put effort in building a rapport with the couple getting married and help them all along the way, which we definitely needed ! The wedding day itself was amazing too, everything went according to plan and both guests and us the happy couple had a fabulous experience! What can I say other than it was perfect. I went to Italy and fell in love with lake Garda. I met with Claudia and her professionalism, friendliness and organisation sold me.
Due to the language barrier I was worried about organising a wedding but Claudia did it all. I told her my ideas and she brought them to life. Everything was as I imagined it and more. The venue was stunning, the flower arrangements were perfect, the food, the decor and everything was everything I could ask for. Claudia organised everything from the town hall, the venue, the paper work and much more. I can not recommend her and her team enough. 10 out of 10. I just wish I could do it all over again.

Weddings can be fundamentally difficult and stressful to plan; especially an international one. However, time and time again working with Claudia and the entire team at Best Wedding Italy proved to be the best decision we made when planning our wedding.

From start to finish, every single detail of our wedding was accounted for by Claudia and Team, including providing a thorough wedding plan based on our dreams and wishes, quick and easy communication whenever we needed it, backup plans in case of weather emergencies, to coordinating the minutiae of our day.
